Cycle counts

A physical count is not an edit. It is recorded as its own record, and reconciling it writes exactly one adjustment movement, keyed on the count's id. Posting the same count again, or retrying the job after a timeout that actually succeeded, adjusts nothing a second time. That double-post is how a store ends up forty bottles up on paper.
